Vision

लोकाः समस्ताः सुखिनो भवन्तु
Promote and Practice Hindu Dharmic and Spiritual Living
  1. “लोकाः समस्ताः सुखिनो भवन्तु” is a profound sentiment often expressed in various spiritual and philosophical traditions. Let’s break it down:
  2. “लोकाः” (lokah): This refers to all realms, worlds, or dimensions of existence. It encompasses not just the physical world we inhabit but also the metaphysical realms and all beings within them.
  3. “समस्ताः” (samastah): This means all, entire, or whole. It denotes inclusivity, indicating that the wish is not limited to specific individuals or groups but extends to every being without exception.
  4. “सुखिनः” (sukhinah): This word derives from “सुख” (sukha), which means happiness or well-being. “सुखिनः” (sukhinah) refers to those who are happy, content, or blessed with well-being.
  5. “भवन्तु” (bhavantu): This is derived from the verb “भू” (bhu), which means to become or to be. “भवन्तु” (bhavantu) is the plural imperative form, meaning “let them be” or “may they become.”
Putting it all together, “लोकाः समस्ताः सुखिनो भवन्तु” expresses a heartfelt wish or prayer: “May all beings in all realms be happy and blessed with well-being.” This sentiment reflects a universal aspiration for the welfare and happiness of all living beings, transcending boundaries of species, nationality, religion, or any other distinctions. It embodies the spirit of compassion, empathy, and interconnectedness that is central to many spiritual and ethical traditions.
